Luther Manor Health Care Center is dedicated to providing exceptional service to older adults through our person-centered approach to care. Our residents’ emotional and physical needs and preferences are the foundation of our services.

For those in need of 24-hour skilled nursing care, the Health Care Center provides a dedicated team of specially trained staff members and medical professionals who deliver high-quality care in a loving Christian atmosphere.

Health Care Center residents have access to a variety of healthcare services, which include rehabilitation therapies, physician care, ophthalmology, dentistry, podiatry and geriatric psychiatry.

Our residents are also invited to participate in a variety of social and wellness activities to increase their physical, spiritual and emotional well-being.
